Once upon a time there was a little blond headed girl who loved to sew and create. Her greatest joy was when she was surrounded with her fabrics, her sewing machine, her needles and threads...

As she grew she created, and as she created she spread her wings and flew off in many different directions. From riding horses as a teen to riding Harleys in her 30's, she discovered that the wind in her face held that special magic - But this isn't a fairy tale - it's the story of Joan Krenning's life. And it's taught her that the joy that comes in life doesn't come from what you have or don't have. It comes from the heart.

Combine the first love with the second love and that is how DesignWraps was born.

Meet Joan Krenning-Clarkson, founder of DesignWraps Brands. Joan has owned her own business in various shapes and forms for over thirty years. The story of DesignWraps is a unique and compelling story of faith & persistence; full of life's lessons and laughs.

Joan bought her first Harley Davidson in 1986, a Softail Custom. Not a fair weather rider, this was her transportation. After 50,000 miles Joan added a Screaming Eagle kit and custom paint job. In 1993 she upgraded to a 1993 Softail Custom. Those two bikes saw over 30 states and 100,000 miles. Joan currently owns a 2001 Harley Fat Boy with her partner, Dayvid Clarkson.

Joan is proud to be an American and does everything in her power to ensure that the company buys, manufactures, and distributes through American channels. 'Patriotic Spending' is not just a cliche but a true way of life for the DesignWraps Team.

DesignWraps Brands is a product driven philanthropic company, working to make a difference in the lives of others.

Cancer seems to be a part of everyone's life these days and has touched each of our Team over the years. Joan's best friend has just survived breast cancer with a double mastectomy. Joan's Mother in Law is eighty years old and a five time cancer survivor including a mastectomy.

We trust that our Wraps of Hope brand will provide comfort and dignity to those going through this incredible challenge.

We are also designing a TotalWrap for children. Each year we donate numerous wraps to the American Cancer Society and St. Judes Hospital.
